They finally responded to one of my emails a few days ago and apologised for not responding and offered to pay the refund, which they haven't...and now they are not answering emails again.

I've sent Butapips an invitation...I'll be very surprised if they respond. I didn't sign an LPOA. I'll let my broker know. Thanks Pharaoh.
