The brokers have some rules that if they suspect Fraud they can't reveal the reason beause the fraudster can take counter measures, but looks like OP isn't suspected of Fraud? Incredibly dishonest by Stockpair, I vote guilty

They have reimbursed me the lost amount, kudos to ICmarkets few brokers are that honest and take responsibility of such mistakes. Moderators please edit/delete this thread as it might look as bad publicity. Thanks
