Has the broker been invited to respond?
I am very tempted to submit my vote right now against the broker, but would first like to ascertain whether or not they have been made aware of this thread and invited to respond.
Is it possible that this is a real case?
1. In future, please take advantage of paragraph spacing.
2. This has so many earmarks of a scam that I hesitate to begin commenting until it is confirmed that this is a real, and not "test" case for this new forum.
Well done!
Fantastic job, AsstModerator. You are a service to the FPA and all who look here for advice and help.
I hope the clients wind up getting every bit of their money back and that Prime4x can redeem themselves. I suggest they fire whoever is responsible and put systems in place (and...
OK, I love a dare... uh... 'cept I don't understand what you are asking me. I have made dozens of withdrawals, almost always including profits. Is that so hard to believe? It's like saying, "I dare you to prove to me that you have successfully used an ATM at one of those computers in the wall at...
Yeah, I realize that there are those that disagree with me on the issue of using micro accounts. I do not recommend it. I stand firm in my opinion and have real reasons for it. Maybe I'd at some point be up to to engaging in a friendly "debate" on the topic.
Obviously there is room for those...
at ACM, it's $2,000. I wouldn't recommend starting with less anyway (unless it's ZERO, i.e. a demo account)... for reasons I've written about in other posts and go over in my curriculum.
I'd be curious to know where you end up and what your reasoning was in deciding. Please update here and...
Pharaoh, OK... now that I've wiped my keyboard off YET AGAIN from blowing my drink out of my nose after reading your post... damn... I don't even have a witty comeback. You slay me.
On a serious note, I WOULD be interested in collaborating on something with ya. Are you interested?
You are on the ball, AsstModerator. I am very impressed that these clowns didn't even get to the next stage before you caught them. Is it the multiple accounts from the same IP that is flagged?
Johnny,
I am sorry you are so jaded and cynical about brokerages. Most brokers do NOT mix in-house and client funds. Most are required to keep client funds in segregated accounts. Most WILL pay out $1M when requested if it's in a client's account. I have made withdrawals of much more than...
As I suspected, they do have a policy of keeping client funds segregated:

Windsor Brokers' response seems reasonable to me. What is the alternative that viga would have proposed? He is not trading with those accounts and acknowledges that there is not enough money left in there to make a transfer. So what did he plan to do with the accounts? Leave them on the broker's...
I don't understand... did you think there actually was some kind of indicator that would tell the future? I think there was an old Twilight Zone episode that went something like that.
Many indicators are predictive but then correct themselves according to real-time data. Even Bollinger Bands...
