I suspect if you do hear from them and they re-enable your account the two open trades will have gone against you and further add to the losses. Rotten service and suspicious actions on their part.

So their agreement limits you to only ever making 10% of your initial investment? So what has happened to people when they made over 10% and wanted to close their account as you can no longer trade for profit? In return do they limit your losses on your account to only 10% of initial investment...

Dont know if you planned it this way but good move only depositing 200 to start with. This way if they are fraud you limited your loss to a small amount. Lesson there for anyone opening an account with a new broker.

this isn't even a case of an EA product that fails to deliver on itspromise - this was theft. the only thing missing was the knife and gun.
