I'm a UK citizen, but I'm living in Indonesia. I sent money to Binaring from my OCBC bank in Indonesia and also from my Barclays bank in UK. I'll take your advice and contact the banks to see if they can help but I don't think they can. Any other assistance would be welcomed.
