Thanks for the info but my issue is on the deposit side which is very odd because they have the funds but for some reason, it's not in my account.

Sent Coinexx Bitcoin to deposit, 13 hours and 78 confirmations later still no deposit!!! I sent them $200, and they are telling me that it may take 72 hours. I am new to them and I was referred to them and they said they've never encountered this.
