Unfortunately I did send them a wire transfer, I have a pending withdrawal request since August 7 and I almost sure I won´t ever see my money again.

This is what I get when I click on the OptiMarkest live chat: "Your request could not be completed, as the account you are attempting to reach is no longer active." Could somebody else please try this chat to see if you get this same message??

Yulitacs, The same happened to me. I opened and funded a live account with Optimarkets and as of now, I have not been able to reach anyone from this broker. The live chat doesn´t work and my emails are not answered. I can login to my account and trade but I almost sure I will never see my money...
