I'm currently a big fan of Forex Envy. Vendor has even some live accounts on different brokers and all show great results.

I'm currently using Hotforex and TradeFort for scalping. HotForex has wider spreads from time to time but rebates make the overall deal a bit better :) (I'm using bestforexrebates.net)

I've included a new parameter for searching of an ideal broker. The amount of cash back rebates, because you can get up to 0.6 pips or more back on every trade. You can check bestforexrebates.net But like mercedesslr already mentioned, there are a few standard parameters.

I don't see a problem with buying systems and EA's on Ebay.. But be careful, like someone already mentioned, the statistics can be false
