    GUILTY Case# 2012-004 | maxruben vs www.fxclub.com/

Hi Sive, Sometimes you use the 127.2% Fibb Level, are you using this as an extension number like with the 61.8, 100, 161% (eg, ABCD=127%) or as a retracement number on series AB (0,38,50,61,100,127)?. Thanks in advance and thanks always for your videos..

    GUILTY Case# 2011-071 | Amran Sulaiman vs www.premierfx.com

Beware Folks please be aware there are numerous cases of Asian organisations setting up broking sites claiming they are NZ/Canadian/Aus. Do your due diligence and note they seem to have the following in common; 1. Badly translated websites, English spelling mistakes, and grammar is akin to...

    GUILTY Case# 2011-071 | Amran Sulaiman vs www.premierfx.com

Guilty I dont know how many times I say this on these forums, but before handing over your money just read through their website! On the "about" page for example, there are numerous spelling errors, in addition they are clearly an asian org behind this, what kind of Canadian broker has...

    GUILTY Case# 2011-070 | shizzler vs www.ecntradefx.com

Note: The spelling of their supposed home town (Wellington spelt Willington) is incorrect. This reminds me of a previous case a few weeks ago. Its seems Asian brokers are using/targetting New Zealand as a place to setup brokerages. Also note their home address, its basically a suburb of a small...

Good work Tyakemi, I should have thought of that since the register of shareholders is public in NZ. Celina Salim, Nice of you to join FPA I see you have just joined today, and have made two posts already. Can I ask where you heard about this particular case against Intel FX?

    GUILTY Case# 2011-051 | Sylvie O. vs https://www.intelfx.com/

I have used a NZ broker for the past three years without any problems whatsoever (Latitudefx now part of velocity trade), so as always you cannot generalise because of the rotten apples. Having said that there are some nationals of other countries who do use NZ as a place to register companies...

IntelFX I am a NZer and live here. As such I thought I would investigate a bit further. 1.; the address they give is for a Secretarial company which registers companies in NZ. It is not a physical address for the company, they do not appear to have a physical presence in NZ. 2. The NZ phone...
