Hi, Strange enough they advised that if my account closes with a negative balance, I will not owe them anything. So, after closing my account with a negative balance I never heard from them again.

I'm surprised to see Trade12 commenting on the forum. In my conversations with them, they advised that it is not their job to be monitoring/replying to forum threads.

My bank wasn't able or willing to assist, indicating that it is a service dispute which I must take up with the merchant. I will be looking at Winchargeback now.
