They FINALLY sent me the serial key needed to activate the software 2 days ago...

Not sure about that but I haven't received a response or software from them in the last 24hrs... I've already began the refund process thru Click2sell and later Paypal. AVOID THIS SCAM! ps. I'll be posting to the review section for this company also.
