Using Windows 7 I couldn't view Sive's or Ben's zip file. The error message indicates the RAR file is corrupt. Perhaps a standard Windows zip file would be compatible for more people in the future?

It's a complex situation. Henry's provided a thorough explanation, but there are no easy answers. You might be best off just watching from the sidelines. That would at least give you a "feel" for the next time. When in doubt, don't trade.
