Congratulations to the trader for making 250k. If the broker had passed the trades onto the banks instead of being greedy and looking for an easy profit, they wouldn't have banned the trader. In the future the trader should take some profits off the table leaving some on to make bigger lot...

4500 euros is a lot to pay for software. He should have made sure there was a refund policy in place first. Perhaps a lawyer with a notarized statement verifying the software was removed may result in a refund. The lack of good customer service makes me lean toward it being a scamlike business...
