When I started down the Legal route they contacted me again promising to investigate and refund but they have gone quite again and the Banks and Police are generally washing their hands, so the next step is a no win no fee claims company.

I have opened a police case, reported them to action fraud and opened credit,debit and wire transfer proceeding with my bank. I'll post the results.

Hi my bank has refused to repay a $10000 debit card payment to CiTrades on the grounds that they are not a scam but a failed investment. Ha! Do you or anyone else have anything in writing stating that they are a scam, from an official body?
