I've found out that some brokers look for your documents when you wish to withdraw funds, while others have a rule that a certain period after you've opened an account you MUST send them documents... Do they do this to protect themselves or to try an scam you??

Hahahaa, for a Lucifer Himself you sure are too worried :D I'm joking, actually I have the same doubt about the choice of a broker... although my investment will be tiny, and will remain tiny for a period of time... so that might be a good advice if you are a newbie-newbie! :-D

I'd say it starts as 100% gambling and then as you get more experienced and skillful the % drops... but there is always a bit of gambling involved, I mean- you are betting on a price action and you don't know the outcome...SOUNDS gambl-y?! :p
