I had given the evidence but still they are not resolving the issue

I had deposited 1000 usd in octa fx through UPI. They told it will take 24 hours to credit into trading account. But no resolution even after hours days weeks completed. I am locked with their worst service ever. Can anyone help me how to tackle those bastards
