Survey is a positive sign.... funds were credited in my a/c within a couple of days of receiving the survey..
They replied eventually but by then the funds had already been credited to my a/c...
I had to bombard FSCS with emails to eke out the compensation amount. Must've sent atleast 7-8 emails in a span of 3 weeks only then did they budge.
You too should start aggressive follow up with them Raimundas instead of playing the waiting game...
Same story here. Airmail was dated 04-Jan-16 but it reached me almost after a month on 05-Feb-16.
I've been trying to get in touch with FSCS but to no avail. Y'day I posted a complaint on their site...no revert on that too!!

Received airmail from FSCS y'day dtd 10/01/2016 stating that "payment will be received within 10 working days from the date of this letter"
It has been more than a month so I've emailed FSCS pertaining to the status of payment.

I had emailed to FSCS pertaining to the status of claim and whether they'd received the application form or not and got this reply from them:
