Trying to withdrawal and now was told my account is frozen reason being ‘triggered platform risk control system’ which does not explain the reason and require 1 to 3 days for audit. Assuming they are trying to wait for me to give up or take over my account and lock me out

Transferring do get rejected. Only the first withdrawal went through and all transaction after this is rejected and no reason are provided, just says wait for 24 hours and same message just continue no matter how many different questions are asked. No direct contact point Do not do it
