The new withdrawal I requested after their CS said can is still not in.
And I just received this type of very general reply again. Please help urgently.
I'm not sure if this thread helps. But apparently, octafx replied and I have confirmed with the live chat to make a withdrawal now. Finger crossed that it will be a smooth withdrawal this time.
@FxMaster please help me to expedite this to octafx please.
I've waited 4 days for them to tell me some other stories for it to be rejected and account under investigation without any clarification requested. Just keep asking me to wait.

I've been asking them for clarifications that they required yet it's not shared.
Customer service just keep saying the same story over and over again...
