Just to motivate you guys to do ANYTHING. I also just got my latest deposit of $3650 back from paypal. It's better than nothing. So if you deposited through paypal within the last 45 days, then file the case to them! Good luck to everyone...

I did also file my case with Paypal. Now I have to wait until Aug 12th until they will answer me. I wish all the best for all of you and also for me ;) I hope I get back at least my last deposit, which was $3650...

Let's be honest, the money is gone! There's not much hope to ever see that money again... @bashar777: read this thread, especially on page 1 and 2. There are some links, where you can report your case. I wrote another ticket to forexoma and asked them to give a statement in this thread here.

I tried to email them (forexoma.com) to their normal email adress. But I got this error message: "The error that the other server returned was: 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)"

Yes that was me. Do you know their adress? Because i wanna do everything to get my money back. I am going to file the case on econsumer.gov. I'm not sure, what I can do with PayPal, like you said.

I have exactly the same problem, but I'm from Switzerland! I made a withdrawal request 2 weeks ago. As they didn't answer, I opened 3 support tickets, but they didn't reply to them either. Then I tried to withdraw the money through PayPal which usually worked within 1 hour. But they didn't react...
