I'm more confused about the fact you just kept sending them/him money.
It's looking like the scammer isn't the broker, and just Alfano though no?
Apologies, this is a really awful situation, but based on what I'm seeing I think your money is long gone.
Yeah I'm not really seeing the evidence, or anything structured in a way that would allow me to seriously consider they're a scam.
I'm not saying they're not - but you've not evidenced this by any means.
Imagine my shock - at this point is it safe to assume what he is saying is accurate?
Fascinating that you're not willing to disclose on a public forum what it is that prompted the closure so other potential clients can avoid falling foul of the same rules.
Seems very heavy handed, and pretty...
Faced a similar problem despite having all my documentation it was excuse after excuse on why they couldn't send me the funds.
Their support was about as useful as a chocolate fire guard.
I'd warn everyone against depositing a single penny with these crooks now though. Terrible service.
There are a lot of scams in this space, that's why I'm so thankful for these forums and the FPA staff doing all the work they can to make sure we're safe.
Keep an eye on what is being posted here, and you'll stay safe 99% of the time :)
This is a good explanation, I would recommend most people avoid Binary Options though - for nothing other than the fact a lot of the brokers in the space are really shady.

It can be annoying because you want to make money, but just remember forex is a marathon, not a sprint :)
