My update on this - Henyep capital has still refused to respond even after the FOS UK asked them to respond. I have pushed with the FOS to escalate the investigation and report this case to the FCA.
Absolutely. Even if you are B-booking the trades take it on the chin, its COGS for most brokers taking this strategy.
The best thing is to let everyone else know about this until I take this all the way via the FOS process.
