Keep this thread open on your PC as from Sunday/Monday and close it once markets have closed or when you decide to call it a day. Refresh it when you can and keep tracking date/time of each post and you'll manage it.

Agree with the above comment. There are reasons beyond our knowledge, but I reckon it was stops getting triggered related to a huge profit taking by major institutions. As for trading news, I recently develop my own method that I won't even post it here, as it might sound crazy for many...

I would suggest you to watch Henry on youtube to start to get a grip on how to trade news. It's not as simple as it seems, timing is crucial. Also it would be best if you can do it first on a Demo account. Best of luck.
