Update: They have reply me on a 3 months old message on messenger saying that I should contact their support. I was unable to start a conversation there. Following their advice the support confirmed that they are unable to help.

I have started a refund procedure with my credit card. We will see the outcome. In any case I want to warn any future client that dealing with Trade.com is dangerous because they are far from professional. I would like to report them to the regulatory authority any idea on how can I proceed?
