I was not aware of anyone else in the same position, but at least I can now see that I am not alone in having this response from Intertrader. It would be good if the broker would join the thread to give their opinion but so far they have just ignored my requests for them to do so.

On a personal level I still hold Damon responsible for my stolen profits - he was in charge of the company when the "investigation" (the results of which we were never allowed to hear) took place. Obviously now he has left the company he has no legal obligation - I wonder how much of our profits...

Anyone thinking of trading with Pellucid make sure you are aware of the GUILTY case against them. Refusal to pay profits - no details given - accounts closed. Personally I still hold Damon responsible as he was in charge at the time this all happened - the fact he has now left does not get him...
