I just made my refund request to ClickBetter prior to my 60 day deadline. Instead I received a response from the with a comment from the vendor telling me to upgrade the EA's. I've made upgrades during my testing and the results were still not good enough for me to ever use on a cash account...
Yes they got back to me and said it usually takes two days for them to respond to emails. The EA seems to work fine, and it has not had any loosing trades.
Thanks for your help! That's exactly what I'll do. I can't say the system isn't profitable because even with the good doctor's help I was never able to use it.
