Any withdrawals must be proceeded automatically with no any delays. Some delays can happen due to human mistakes, but punishment here is unacceptable. Who would deposit to this company after knowing that this is up to them keep or give you back your money.

Obviously this is fraud and Novox should be in charge. Novox advertising optionstars.com and from optionstars.com none euro traders are redirected to optionstarsglobal.com.

But my evidences are concrete and company ignored all my emails and invitations to come here and resolve issues.

They are definitely scam !!!! I would warn every trader: if any "Account Manager" bothers you and promises too much, then he wants your money move into his pocket. Guilty!!!!!

Withdrawals must be available without any managers assistance. To check your company, traders should try withdraw their money without somebody's assistance. That must work, if there is no trading liability because of Bonus. Sure, this company is scam and they don't care about reputation. Guilty!!!!!

I needed confirm by phone all these deposits and took responsibility for them. I called to visa RBC Canada and they told that nothing I can do as I am responsible for confirmed by myself deposits. All deposits were done through same visa card. Tr.Date Post.Date CAD Credit card Merchant 7/22/2015...
