I read the other day that subscribers to a service such as 'thomson reuters' get the news releases early, a news trade I made the other day specifically said to watch the price movement at 4.28 rather than 4.30 since subscribers get that news for certain 2 minutes early.

if it previously went up when the published figure was lower than expected, why would it now go up if the figure is higher than expected ? what am I missing? or is it a mix-up?
