Most serious (FSA UK regulated) brokers are well aware of dividends and will tell you clearly their policy on that if you just ask and you are right - No divs on DAC but all others yes

UFX is regulated in nearly 20 countries, including FSA Uk... just submit an official complain... or call them and tell them you are going to submit a complaint with FSA and you will see them running to sort this out quickly.
