    GUILTY Case# 2017-035 | najafstar vs swissmain.com

Absolutely astonishing. It still amazes me what some will do to CHEAT others out of their money. This is a obvious scam maneuver to enrich their own pockets. Just shows everyone needs to perform their due diligence and research whoever you place your money with. This is a classic example of a SCAM.

    GUILTY Case# 2015-130 | Manish D Pujari vs fxiresolutions.com

Looks like FxiResolutions was trying to put the old stall on the issue and hope it would go away. Good move too take it to FPA. Fxi----- obviously didn't like it when Manish brought it too FPA's attention. $50.00 withdrawal fee. What a load of you know what. Guilty, guilty, GUILTY.

    RESOLVED Case# 2015-069 | Ibrahim Adam vs fx-private.com

Another obvious attempt to ignore a withdrawal request, in the hopes the client will get tired of trying, and just go away. So many times, the same M.O. Guilty, Guilty, Guilty. Having said that. I really wish people would take more time to research where they are putting their money. There are...

    RESOLVED Case# 2015-028 | R.D vs ironfx.com

I am surprised. Someone actually got satisfaction out of Ironfx. However, there past history suggest that this will not be the last complaint. We will see. I cannot say guilty, nor can I in good faith say not guilty. Time will tell.

    GUILTY Case# 2015-012 | osa vs optionsmaker.com

Well now. Anytime I see a case that has been referred back to the broker, and they have not responded with a feasible explanation of what the problem is, it raises red flags in my mind. I don't know how many times we have seen people get sucked in by dubious promises by brokers. I think OSA can...

    GUILTY Case# 2014-185 | Sergio80 vs ironfx.com

Good grief. GUILTY. I have been playing at this Forex for about four years now. Just now starting to make a little money. Guess I'm a little slow. One thing I never understood. If a broker is honest, what difference does it make to them if you win or loose. They get their cut right off the top...

    GUILTY Case# 2014-147 | SCH33 vs Traderxp.com

Another rip-off. Looks like they need a visit from big men in black suits. I don't think at this point they will try to wiggle out of it. It seems they will try to just ignore it, and it may go away. WRONG>

    GUILTY Case# 2014-112 | tomjersey vs mhoptions.com/

Looks like another excuse to not pay up what was legitimately invested and made a profit. I hate this crap when I see it. Formal invitation on 08/06/14. No answer. GUILTY!!
