For me, the most important would be the regulation and the customer service. And of course a True STP/ECN broker. Spreads and leverages can be negotiated depending on the funding and the account type with the broker.

Depending on your trading needs and strategies, i would always recommend to have an account with multiple brokers. Some brokers offer better spreads for specific trading volumes. Keep looking for better offers, but only work with regulated and reputed brokers.
