Steve could be more clear. have u received your entire funds into your bank account or trading account. if its into your trading account whether did u sign any agreement or those funds which you got can be withdrawn

200k to 58$ in one day and the broker has accepted to recover ur loses. do you really think that this will happen. basically when a broker says that he will trader for you then its a pure bucketshop. so you try to contact them and try to get your deposits as early as possible

whatever happens don't mark this thread resolved or get it removed before you get money in your bank account. this is a way of blackmail by shady brokers/vendors

good question. same from me too, what made you trade with them for 6years. how many times did you report this issue to them and what was the reply. why didnt you stop trading with them when you faced the problem at first instance.

You send a mail to support and ask them to define non-market price in respect to the file they have sent you. what time zone are you in.
