Dear LiteForex.com Rep, Regarding the account number, apparently this is not a personal account conflict, it's one of liteforex's withdrawal policies. Would you instead provide a transparent sum of fees required to withdraw cryptos?

LiteForex is charching 18% to 25% withdrawal commission fees while they claim 0.5% commission for Etherium. I have attached the withdrawal process for the fees they claim and what they actually charge, also Etherium network transaction fees...
