the company is guilty but I agree with the post of doing business with shady companies, just about every book I have read and every reputable course out there tells you to do "due diligence" with the broker of your choice........seems to me there is a serious lacking of diligence on the traders...

It's a shame that broker names aren't posted.........if we had names to match with the companies then we could ask for a executive/broker listing and scan for personal names................

As far as I am concerned, both parties are at fault. Trader is quick to call foul and demanding the heads of the broker in what appears to be a very short period of time. The broker decides to be the 'customer' police and refuses to return deposits that they agree they owe the customer to 'teach...

I agree with dbrawner, and sometimes it's hard to separate the forex brokers from the used car dealers as far as integrity. But bottom line is that you have contacted them several times, they have responded a couple of times, you have not received your last 2 withdrawals in the past couple of...

Could be API or feed as well but to not answer a email sent from FPA or comment on the forum makes it very suspicious. Honor is not building block in either politics or brokers apparently.
