I have lost money as well due to dodgy tactics of XTrade. You should report it to the regulator that supposed to regulate that company... Also report it to your bank's fraud department and request a charge back.

What do you mean with stolen? Did they close your account after you made a deposit?

Wasn't sure my case would be eligible since I willingly gave my card details to Xtrade. I will try this however, anything is worth doing for this amount of money. Also, in the meantime I will invite someone from Xtrade to this forum whilst i process the complaints to CySec, ASIC and Action...
