Under this account, I opened a complaint in November 2018 and declared it resolved 2 months later. I then opened a new thread in April 2019, declared the old issue unresolved and abandoned it in May 2019. In April 2022, I made a new forums account and tried to restart my complaint from 2018. I don't care that the FPA says resolved means resolved, abandoned complaints may not be restarted, or that complaints must begin within 9 months of the incident. I want the FPA to throw out all of its rules to serve ME!
