They were regulated in Mauritius, but their license was suspended. As I can see now they are registered in Panama. You should file a complain to the Panama Authorities, in order to draw their attention. You should also inform them that you started a case against them here at the FPA.

Ask your bank to give you the transfer details. You should be able to see the exact amount that was transferred and the commission charged from your bank.
