    GUILTY Case# 2012-083 | nicknick vs www.Universal-fx.com

I just find it laughable when they say they cannot deal with his bank or refer to his funds as "lost". When did they lose it?! Just ridiculous. Another scam company it seems.

Please know I am not laughing at your troubles (RE: my previous post) just laughing at the notion he is a fruit and veggie salesman. I think it is terrible that people like this try to take advantage of people, especially when they are serious enough to pay good money to learn a skill.

Also, I checked out their website and I need a login and password, was it always like this? Another thing I am curious about is you said that you traded for yourself AFTER you deposited money in Chris Woon's account, then could not get your money. How does that work?

Yes, that jumped out at me right away too - "personal" account? You knew at the time it was his personal account? You did not think that was odd? I am just curious about this, but I do feel that they did scam you.

    GUILTY | Case# 2012-081 | deejaynv1 vs www.dgbwebdesign.com

Just by him closing his youtube videos account, and turning off his skype, he looks guilty. Alas, I have experience with this... :-( His website name does not sound very trader like, I have to agree. How did you find out he is a fruit and veggie salesman? That made me LOL when I read it...

    GUILTY | Case# 2012-082 | alisaleh vs www.UFXMarkets.com

I have voted guilty. I think it is very telling if you are not even getting the most basic of your needs met with this broker and that is getting your phone calls and emails answered. I also am wondering on the fine print of your account as to any promotions or bonuses you may have signed up...

There is no way to Apologize for Forex-Age's Scam

As far as I am concerned the one who should be apologizing profusely is Forex-Age! That has got to be the lamest excuse not to give a client HIS OWN MONEY. Despicable company.

I am very srry for your trouble omega75 - it is terrible when it is so very, very easy to vote GUILTY all the time for these scammers who are full of nothing but excuses all the time.

    GUILTY Case# 2012-049 | VacuumTube vs Brocompany.com

I am glad you were able to get most of your money back but I still voted as guilty since they delayed giving your money back and with the stalling, they kept a lot more of your money than they were supposed to! Great work, FPA, thanks for fighting the good fight!!!

    GUILTY Case# 2012-024 | Raimundas vs www.fxdd.com www.fastbrokers.com

It is so disheartening when even a so-called "Good" broker turns out to be just another bucketshop in the end, and in this case, for such little money. Pathetic really - accusing the account holder and then just closing the account with no proof is beyond disgusting - this is a very easy GUILTY...

    GUILTY Case# 2012-029 | szendro vs scalping.ws/

Unfortunately this was an easy "Guilty" vote - this trader bought an EA but did not get the product he purchased - then when he wanted his money back, Sergey became abusive.

    GUILTY Case# 2011-028 | Wally001 vs www.forexportfolios.com

Hi Wally - I am horrified of course of what you went thru and also hope you find some sort of resolution to this somehow. I am thinking that they are definitely scam artists but may not even have meant to wipe out your account so quickly, but probably have no skills in trading anyway hence the...

    GUILTY Case# 2011-074 | CPEA vs www.CrazyMoneyTree.com

This guy is guilty for sure! At the bottom of his lame website it says "Quality, Performance and Reputation are Paramount". Ha ha ha - they should add "Not" at the end and then it would be true.
