It's been a week now after requesting my withdrawal and nothing happens my emails are not being replied we'll we ever get help?

It seems like they're now avoiding my emails after inviting them to join the link and my request still states pending

By filing a chargeback with my bank is it the only way to help me get close to those scammers or what the thing is i am just worried because I've allowed the bank to do allow that transaction of the deposit to happen,if there's the way to help I'll really appreciate that
