Sorry for your loss. I am a victim too. They tried to bust my account by opening trades in the wrong direction a few times. I gave them no permission to manage my account, yet somehow they still do. I managed to stop out those trades before it got worse. Lost 1k as a result. I straight away...
So sorry for you. I am a victim too. I issued to close my account since November 2010, but they are just so reluctant to close it and return my money. Then the most dreaded thing happened. They scammed all client's money.
Is a court case possible?
Richard should refund the money. Although it is true that the agreement stated that d product purchased through the discount link has no guarantee, but it is the vendor's fault for failing to specify things/conditions clearly, and thus created a misunderstanding between the vendor and customer...
