I would agress with cowmadagan in that short term movements are wild and technicals indicators dont always pick up these moves

The best time to trade is the london session from 7am to around abouts 10am, there are a few good websites and different packages avaiable out there that give ive signals, hope this helps

Paolo iv been trading forex a while and never heard of this firm and i know a lot of serious traders dont like the mail shots that get sent out to every man and his dog. if you are serious about learning how to trade there are a few sites i can recommend?

hmmmm Ritz sounds a bit dodgy to me, iv been trading forex for some time now and never been asked to fill in a lot of details, there are a few other companies out there which dont have fixed contracts whch i find are pretty good

i have used mt4 before, cant see it being a issue if you run it from a mac as long as it is downloaded from a good souce :)
