Actually, this i have to ask, what can I do to get my money back? Because I have tried talking to them, emailing, and in the end, they simply do not pick up the phone or email back. Lately they took massive trads risking 70% of the portfolio and losing it. So it gets worse by the day.

I know and have dealt with them directly. Of all the money invested including recommendations made to them, for over a year, I have not heard a single person being able to withdraw. So in conclusion, they take your money and never give it back never mind what the numbers say your account...
