I sent multiple emails to hotforex, but they are not replying at all and also not participating in this thread

i am surprised that there are so many threads in scam folder for hotforex, and still they are maintaining 4 star rating in reviews. So people can guess what could be the reason for so high rating.

Something happened to them recently, they dont reply to the emails, and they dont care about their clients anymore. May be they have grown too big where they do think that its not going to hurt them but reputation is the main thing, if they want to survive in this business.

Update: World Check has cleared me, hotforex AML manager called me and he apologized for all the mess, they have activated my account, unfreeze my funds, and promised me they will revert my positions which were forcefully closed and 23440 USD will be return to my account till tomorrow.
