Yes total cost to recover is 30%. 10% upfront and 20% upon recovery. I am working with Wincharge as they don't charge anything upfront. Everything is on recovery

IG markets and CMC are licensed brokers and if they have a local office, you can open account and trade Binary with them but on limited asset classes

Unfortunately I don't have a copy of their T&Cs. But I do have an email from them saying they won't dispute the charges.

I don't have the terms and conditions but I am going to engage wincharge and also claim the balance thru my credit card company as the merchant has failed to deliver the goods and services. Fingers crossed. Honestly, I am not very hopeful but I have noting to lose so I will try everything.

Winchargeback can only help if payments are made via credit card.

Don't throw good money after bad money. You will never see your money!!! The more you give they will keep asking for more. I have had a bad experience and lost $40k. But I am not paying to any lawyers to recover as they also ask for 10% upfront (10% of amount to be recovered)

Ben also has been calling me frantically to sign up and give him my credit card no to charge 10%. I have not heard any success by them. I will try WinChargeBack first before engaging Birman Law. I don't want to throw good money after bad money.
