This request has merit and the issues with Windosor need to be resolved. The clients (being one of them) need to get this fixed ASAP.

I support this post. Most of what is mentioned happened to me and one of my close friends. Both of us are/were dealing with this broker. There is no transparency in dealing with customer accounts. I really hope that the authorities can review the way this broker handle the customer accounts.
