This definitely looks like a scam, no serious broker acts like this.

Although they have a UK phone number, on their webside they don`t give a specific adress. That is always very suspicious. Why are they hiding their location? Maybe it is a case for the FSA (Financial Services Authority).

It is sad that nowadays some brokers still cheat their customers like that. It is a quite obvious matter.

All these cases show the importance to select a broker very carefully, especially when it is a small, little known bucket shop. Quite a few regulated big brokers already have excellent spreads, secured funds and easy ways of withdrawal.

I checked thier webside, their office is in London. So maybe it would be a good idea to contact the FSA in London and file a complaint with them.

Good news indeed. I hope other regulatory institutions like the FSA follow the same example. It must be clear that "seemingly" wrong price quotes are the brokers mistake and they have to take responsibility for it, not the trader.

Sounds definitely like a scam. A broker has no right to demand apologies from their clients if they want their funds back. If they are a serious company, they have to apologize in every way for not sending funds back in time.

Looks like they had an internal problem. A good broker should definitely solve this problem. Good customer service is a must today as many brokers are in competition with each other. If they don`t solve the problem to your satisfaction, leave a fitting review about that broker on Forexpeacearmy...

Most traders using high leverage are blowing up their accounts in the course of time. Professionals are using only small leverage, maybe only 2-3. A good rule is that you should loose max. 2% per trade if it goes against you. Using a leveage of 1:100 as offered by some brokers is suicide
