Dear sir ,
Greetings ,
My name is Dr. Walid Riad , I have account number 9064404 with a company by name MRT MARKETS
TEL; +37522222280 ,
I OPENED account on 4.nov.2016 and they assigned Mr. Osama Kasem as account manager to me And as soon as I transferred fund to my account he manipulated my account and performed few trades without my knowledge, and I objected or this and he said that this only to show you how we are dealing ,
He gave me a false information and get my account into a trade called Hedging , and every time I expressed my worry and concerned about the increase negative trade which increase the loss Mr Osama will said he will take care of this.
Eventually the account was margin and I lost in my account $56000.
I complained to the company and they did not do any thing to solve the problem.
They are responsible for this loss and they do not want to pay me even my capital which is $ 8500.
This is official complaint against the MRT MARKETS
As they are SCAM me and assigned an employee for manipulating my account and lead to lossing all of my money.
Hope to find a resolution of the problem.
