Problem X-funded contradictory Rules - payout denied

X funded refused my payout. Their support (Arum) told me via email on 11th Feb that 1% risk applied to the same pair. Now they are changing to correlated assets to avoid paying me. I have all screen shots of their emails and dashboard rules.

I am writing to warn the trading community about X-Funded’s deceptive practices. I had a major dispute regarding two trades opened shortly after receiving my account.


Before trading, I specifically reached out to their support for clarification regarding the 1% risk rule. The support agent provided an explanation and even gave an example using only one asset (Gold). At no point did they mention "Correlated Assets" or any restrictions regarding them. After a month of trading and reaching the payout stage, the company suddenly denied my profits by invoking a "Correlated Assets" rule—a rule that was not mentioned by support and does not even exist on their official rules page. I paid my fees via Cryptocurrency, and it clearly feels like they use the lack of banking protection to move the goalposts and invent unwritten rules once a trader becomes profitable. I have opened a formal Problem Report here on FPA to fight this clear breach of contract.


Traders beware: They will find any excuse not to pay you, even if it means inventing rules on the fly.
