I want to share my experience with VPropTrader so that other traders — especially beginners and students — can make an informed decision before trusting this platform.
BACKGROUND:
I successfully completed a Free $1,000 1-Step Challenge on account 3161375. After 14 days of trading, I had a withdrawable profit of $20 and attempted to request a payout.
FIRST ROADBLOCK — WRONG RULE APPLIED:
My payout request was blocked with a "35% Consistency Score" error. After research and contacting support, their own team sent me an official written email confirming that this rule does NOT apply to 1-Step accounts. They confirmed in writing that I was eligible for a $20 payout and that the restriction had been incorrectly applied.
SECOND ROADBLOCK — IP VIOLATION WITH NO PROOF:
Within minutes of submitting my payout request again, it was failed citing "Multiple accounts on the same device/IP." This accusation came suddenly — after their own team had just confirmed my eligibility in writing.
When I asked for specific proof, they sent a spreadsheet of Indian ISP IP addresses (49.15.x.x range) — a shared dynamic IP range used by millions of Airtel/Jio users. They could NOT identify my specific email linked to any other account.
Their Discord moderator (RICHIE) then publicly called me "illiterate" and told me to "use Google Translate" when I questioned this contradiction — a serious breach of professional conduct.
THE CONTRADICTION:
- March 21: Support email confirms I am eligible for payout
- March 23: Payout failed citing IP violation
- When asked for proof: "We cannot show specific linked accounts due to privacy policy"
If there was a genuine violation, why was I confirmed eligible 2 days earlier?
ABOUT THE ACCOUNTS:
I had 3 accounts on my email — all received from VPropTrader's own promotional offers. I never manually created multiple accounts. Their own system assigned these to one email.
CURRENT STATUS:
Despite ForexPeaceArmy complaint, Trustpilot review, multiple emails to risk@vproptrader.com and support@vproptrader.com — no resolution. Their Trustpilot reply was a copy-paste generic response.
CONCLUSION:
A firm that cannot honor a $20 payout after written confirmation, uses unverifiable IP accusations, and allows moderators to publicly insult traders cannot be trusted with larger withdrawals.
