Terrible support

I hired a VPS Linux service (account 604775). Terrible support, only answer by email. The documentation provided to the user was very poor. They don't even read sent emails. I feel like was bot reading my messages. The setup just didn't work.
Even though I couldn't use the VPS service, instead of solving the initial setup issue, the answer I got from them was that I should pay for technical support $30 for each 15 minutes [Ticket#2021060810002816].
I asked for my money back, but they discounted the "setup fee" (which didn't work) and the "used" days. Stay away from this company!

For over a week now I requested my money back from contabo. They said if you are not pleased with their services you can revoke your subscription within 14 days with no excuse. I revoked within 2 days till today I have not received my money back. Please am still waiting for my money.
